Last week, BK-Launch hosted a workshop during the Personal Development Week at TU Delft's Faculty of Architecture. Together with Alijd van Doorn, a group of bachelor students spent the session exploring a question that is more practical than it might seem: how do you actually start your own architecture practice?

Through a series of exercises, students were encouraged to reflect on where their interests lie and how those could form the basis of a viable business model. It was great to see that enthusiasm in the room, and we are curious to see whether some of these students will cross our path again later, whether through one of our courses or with a venture of their own.

At BK-Launch, we work to make entrepreneurship accessible for students and early-stage founders in the Built Environment. Workshops like this one are part of that, but we also offer more in-depth support through courses, a network of mentors and partners, and financial resources for those ready to take the next step. If that sounds relevant to you or someone you know, feel free to have a look at what we do.
