Hans van der Krogt is since 2010 co-owner and CEO of Smits Vastgoedzorg.

Smits Vastgoedzorg is a construction company from Rotterdam specializing in maintenance, renovation and sustainability. Besides being an entrepreneur, he is also a co-author of various publications on performance-based and strategic partnerships and holds several board positions.
