On the 14th of November, BK-Launch hosted the third edition of the Entrepreneurship Awards at the Faculty of Architecture & the Built Environment. Six nominated companies with an innovative idea for the built environment presented themselves in a final bid to convince the jury, including Ellen van Bueren (TU Delft), Willy Spanjer (The Green Village), Arjan Goudsblom (Techleap), Eva van der Meer (Delft Enterprises) and Hans van der Krogt (Smits Vastgoedzorg).
Before the announcement of the Entrepreneurship Awards, Fieke Konijnenberg was awarded with a BK-Launch Start-up Voucher (€2.500) to support the first phases in launching her business. The Voucher was presented to Fieke by Remon Rooij (4TU.CEE), on behalf of the BK-Launch partners.
We would like to thank the nominated companies for their pitches and give special thanks to Pieter Stoutjesdijk (TheNewMakers) for his inspirational keynote to kick off the evening, all reviewing jury members that were involved in the award process, Alijd van Doorn for hosting the Entrepreneurship Awards as our moderator and all other guests for joining.
We are looking back on a fantastic edition of the BK-Launch Entrepreneurship Awards and we are looking forward to seeing the impact our winners can make on the future of the built environment!
