The idea behind Devils Den

At Dev, we believe in a world where we move forward by helping each other and working together. From that mindset, we launched Devils Den, a concept similar to Shark Tank and Dragons’ Den, but especially for beginning (real estate) entrepreneurs. As real estate professionals and investors, we want to give you the chance to pitch your plan to a group of professionals.

Every good idea that we also believe in, we give a kick-start by working together to find what your plan needs to become a success, whether it’s a platform, knowledge, or financial support.

What they look for in students

• Students who look for: support (knowledge, experience, network) and an investment of up to €50,000! (in exchange for involvement)
• Who want to present their idea in a pitch of approx. 15 minutes to a diverse panel of professionals
• Registration via the link, including an explanation of your idea in a format of your choice (e.g., business canvas model), which we will of course handle confidentially
• Limited spots available!
