Cohort programme is already half way through

An update of our cohort programme

← Back to News

On March 19th, we successfully conducted the third session of our six sessions long cohort programme that is currently going on. This session focused on sales and marketing, an essential aspect of venture development. We were fortunate to have Ruben Lentz from Bloc and Michael Peeters, a researcher and professor at TU Delft, leading the session alongside our dedicated BK-Launch team.

The ventures participating in our cohort program this year include:

During this session, we engaged in a collaborative group brainstorming activity tailored to each venture. Our primary objective was to take the first steps in filling out an experiment board, a practical tool for testing customer-related hypotheses. Each participant was given ten minutes and a stack of post-it notes to answer three fundamental questions: Who is my customer? What is their problem? What is my riskiest assumption?

This exercise sparked insightful discussions among the participants as they explored and challenged their assumptions. The interactive format encouraged deep thinking and provided valuable perspectives on their target markets and business models.

As we move forward with the cohort program, we are excited to see how these ventures apply their newfound insights and continue refining their approaches. With each session, we are building a strong foundation for their entrepreneurial success.
