C’MON celebrates the transition to a new economy for the common good. We’re an impact- and project developer, working towards a positive change in the built environment. Out of love for our planet, people and all other forms of life. We work impact- and evidence-based with a long-term vision, and always from a place of kindness and trust. We develop places, buildings and neighbourhoods, that are regenerative in nature and inclusive for all. In doing so, we are willing to rethink existing ways of working. We believe systemic change is necessary to work towards a truly kind world for all beings.

Lena & Marcella on Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship means taking measures in your own hands. If you can’t find the change or culture you are looking for in an already existing company, you know it’s time to build your own organisation. We believe that there are many challenges in the built environment. We need a systemic view and kind approach to deal with these challenges. We believe it’s important to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit in the built environment. Our industry is responsible for many problems, from CO2 emissions, biodiversity loss to increasing social-spatial segregation and inequality. Therefore, there’s a need to rethink this industry. Young, idealistic, social entrepreneurs could help shift our industry, towards a post-capitalistic economic system, focused on maximizing the common good.
